What is the return policy

Here at Sassafras, we want you to purchase Natural and Organic Personal Care Products knowing you will be fully satisfied. All products you buy at our shop, come with an unconditional, money-back guarantee. We're confident that you will love the products on our website, but if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, return it to us within 30 days for a full refund.

  • You may return or exchange your purchase up to 30 days from the date you received it.
  • You are responsible for shipping the products to Sassafras, and for the costs associated with that shipment.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable

Can I replace or exchange an item rather than a refund?

At the moment, we do not offer replacement or exchange of an item, However, you can still return an item and receive a full refund.

When will I get my refund?

Usually it would take about 3-5 days after we receive your request to process your return.

How can I receive a refund if I paid by Credit Card?

If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement, depending on individual's bank process.

I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund?

When you contact our Customer Service Team about a return, you will be provided with a physical address to which you should ship the items, in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refurn along with any shipping fees incurred.

I received the wrong item, how can I return it?

On the rare ocassion where the item received is not the one you ordered, you can return the item in the same condition in which you received it (unopened, in the original box, and with all seals untampered with).
